One of today’s most innovative chefs, Kim Mustonen, is a true master of his craft. Over the past two years, he has dedicated himself to creating his own restaurant, Havu Kitchen & Bar, located at the top of Tahko Mountain. The restaurant has rapidly gained popularity and, in only its second year, already secured a spot in Finland’s Top 50 Best Restaurants list.
Kim was also awarded Chef of the Year in Finland a few years ago — an achievement that reflects his pace of reaching new milestones almost annually.
Internationally, Kim has proven his skills as well. In Nice, he led Pure V as head chef, guiding the restaurant to renown. His background also includes celebrated kitchens such as AOC and Olo.
